Customer Facilities

The Tramway is a reasonably large pub, all on one floor. The warm and cosy interior has disabled access throughout and customer toilets are also provided on the same floor. Inside are tables for all sizes of parties from individual diners to large groups.

The kitchen operates from morning until late evening, starting with the All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast, served from 9 to 11:15am. It’s a popular buffet layout featuring classic hot breakfast items.

From lunchtime, the Main Menu is served (from 11:45am – 8:45pm). The carvery includes three traditional meats (beef, turkey and gammon) with a wide range of self-serve vegetable and potatoes. Don’t forget to finish your plate with a good helping of their super-tasty gravy!

You can also choose from their cooked-to-order menu which includes 100% fresh-dough stone-baked pizzas, burgers and pub classics, plus a variety of puddings. Or help yourself at the ice cream station, where refills are free!

The carvery and roast potatoes are absolutely stellar when fresh, so a good tip is to aim to eat closer to peak service times when food turns over quickly. As with any carvery you’d visit.

The site of the Tramway was once a supermarket, built in the 1970’s as a Fine Fare before becoming Safeway. Safeway built and moved to their new store at what’s now Morrison’s in 1991.

Overall

The Tramway certainly gets the Visit Cleveleys seal of approval and is one that we’ve often visited, especially in groups.

Carvery at the Tramway Cleveleys

Serving a great carvery and a huge range of alcoholic (and 0%) drinks with a really friendly, warm atmosphere. Puddings are a difficult decision – go warm and comforting with custard or choose the creamy ice cream with toppings?

The Tramway is also a big supporter of the local community, helping Care for Cleveleys on many occasions. Thanks go to them for allowing the electrical connection and covering the running costs of festive lights on their fir trees at the top of the car park.

Keep an eye out for food and drink promotions, plus enjoy a lively food and drink trivia quiz night every Tuesday at 8pm.
