Cleveleys Town Twinning

In Cleveleys it's not at all unusual for people to live between two counties, with a number of people having holiday homes in the area. But we also have a resident called Barry who lives between two continents, and shares his time between Cleveleys and Santa Monica.
Barry has been struck by the similarities of the two places - the beach, the family orientated atmosphere and the general 'alikeness' between here and there, although we dare say they probably enjoy more consistently nice weather!
For a while now, the possibility of linking the two places has been investigated, and hopefully Twinning the two towns.
It seems that Twinning is a procedure of it's own when done properly, and while that process is being investigated Visit Cleveleys and Barry thought it might be nice to do some informal web based links and start the process off.
