Victoria Road West is the main shopping centre at Cleveleys, that runs at right angles to the promenade and meets the tram tracks at Victoria Square.

Victoria Road West runs inland from the prom right through to the roundabout at Morrisons, with shops along both sides right up to the new Sainsbury's Local and the Tramway pub. Where the tram tracks cross through the middle of Victoria Road West, shops follow the tracks in both directions along Kelso Avenue heading to Blackpool, and Rossall Road in the direction of Cleveleys.

There are short stay car parks in the town centre, if you head behind Tesco there is one on Rough Lea Road, and another two near to the Police station and British Legion. You'll also see the bus station here, which is where you might be dropped off if you come by coach. There's on street parking all over the area on side streets and on the promenade.

In Cleveleys town centre you'll find a really good mix of shops all close to each other, without having to walk a long way between shops like you would in some town centres. Plus there are plenty of cafes and benches so you can make an afternoon of it and have five minutes to sustain yourself to carry on!

There are high street stores at Cleveleys, side-by-side with independents, and a really good mix of shops that includes clothes, food, supermarkets, and even furniture and homewares. In fact, you could sustain yourself quite nicely with the shops at Cleveleys if you couldn't, or didn't want to, go elsewhere!

It's also a place to watch the world go by too. There are often street entertainers and buskers playing in the town centre which makes for a nice atmosphere especially on a sunny day. You'll also find events and all kinds of things going on at Cleveleys - either on the main street or on the plaza performance area on the promenade.
